Huddle is a technology company. Technology is what we do and we are proud to do it extremely well. We do Agile software development the right way and are recognised experts on the topic, speaking at conferences and we regularly invite big companies to come and learn how we do things.

Huddle values innovation. We give all of our Product and Technology team 20 percent of their time to work on personal projects to benefit the company and the wider developer community. You might use this "20% Time" for a pet project, extra training you want to do, speaking at conferences, and it has even been responsible for some great Huddle innovations. We also run a Hackathon each year where teams compete to build new apps, developments and in 2013, a Huddlebot that then roamed the office.


The Huddle Foundation has donated more than $10 million in software packages to more than 1,500 non-profits worldwide. That's a rate of one package every working day for the last five years! This has helped connect networks of staff, fundraisers and volunteers at non-profits such as the Fair Trade Foundation, Ethical Trading Initiative and Make a Wish Foundation International to work on and share content more effectively.

The Huddle Foundation also includes an employee philanthropy program. Every Huddle employee is offered up to two days per year donated time to volunteer and engage themselves with local charitable causes, activities or events of their choice to follow their personal passion.
